I am a woven textile designer. I have a studio in London where I hand weave new qualities of woven fabrics for the fashion industry. Fashion designers that I have worked with include Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Hussein Chalayan and Chanel.
I am also Creative Director of Vanners Silk Mill, based in Sudbury, UK.
Throughout my career I have travelled the world working with textile designers and manufacturers developing new ideas for woven fabrics. Countries I have visited include, Uzbekistan,India, China, Japan, Mauritius, USA, Paris, Belgium and Italy.
My passion lies in developing new kinds of woven fabrics, trying out new combinations of structure, yarn and colour.
